Blake Business Solutions is a small but ambitious managed IT services business that helps other small businesses and startups get the tech support they need to run smoothly, from managed IT services to help desk support and more. About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Specialist (Contractor) to help us grow, throughout West Virginia. This is a commission-only, contract role that's ideal for someone who's already doing sales or looking for a side hustle with serious income potential.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for finding your own leads, pitching our services, and following up with potential clients.
We’ll provide you with helpful materials, guidance, and even some lead suggestions to help you get started.
You’re not totally on your own, but we do need someone who can hit the ground running and represent us well.

Qualifications

Must speak fluent English and have your own transportation.
Can work independently, but willing to keep us in the loop using a simple CRM (Hubspot, training provided).

Required Skills

Someone charismatic and confident, who enjoys talking to people and knows their way around the local business scene.
Proven experience in outside sales (especially B2B) is important.
Not afraid to cold call or drop in on a local business to introduce yourself.
Comfortable with sending emails, doing follow-up calls, and keeping organized.

Preferred Skills

Experience in sales or a strong network is a plus.
Experience in tech sales is a plus but not required

Pay range and compensation package

This role is 100% commission and contract-based, and compensation will be discussed in detail during the contracting process. The more you sell, the more money you make. And there is no cap! You get to set your own schedule and work whenever is convenient for you, your client, and prospects.

Our business is being formed from the ground up, and you get to experience helping to build the foundation of Blake Business Solutions. There will be room for career advancement as our small business grows! There’s great money to be made if you’re motivated and have a solid network. There’s no set end date; this contract will last as long as there’s work to do and sales to make.
