Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Director Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of EMEA regional sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales organization in the power electronics/solar sector. Balance strategic leadership with customer engagement to achieve market expansion and sustainable growth objectives. Expactations: - Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience. - Background in regional or international senior leadership roles. - Proven ability to manage multi-country sales teams in complex, channel-driven markets. - Experience in solar PV, energy storage, or adjacent high-tech sectors preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement EMEA commercial strategy, including go-to-market models and channel structures. - Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in key European markets. - Build and lead regional sales teams (Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Order Administration). - Develop strategic accounts, partners, and market opportunities. - Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. - Execute commercial negotiations aligned with global pricing policies. - Maintain senior-level customer and partner relationships through regular interactions and market presence.
