Job Description
**Job Title:** Enterprise Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of 25–30 enterprise SaaS customers (ARR $50K–$500K+). Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, develop outcome‑based success plans, and own renewal and growth revenue targets. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Enablement while traveling up to 25% for on‑site engagements. **Expectations:** - Achieve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. - Maintain high customer health scores; proactively identify and mitigate risks. - Lead end‑to‑end renewal negotiations and influence expansion opportunities. - Deliver executive business reviews and build relationships with VP‑ and C‑level leaders. - Provide structured feedback to product and drive roadmap alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own full lifecycle of 25–30 enterprise accounts, accountable for revenue and value realization. - Create and execute success plans tied to customer KPIs and business outcomes. - Establish regular engagement cadence across functional and executive stakeholders. - Conduct risk assessments, issue mitigation, and escalation management. - Lead renewal processes, articulate value, resolve risks, and negotiate commercial terms. - Identify and position upsell/cross‑sell opportunities; partner with Sales for execution. - Prepare and present Executive Business Reviews focusing on ROI, adoption, and strategic alignment. - Collaborate with Product to relay customer feedback; work with Support/Enablement to ensure smooth issue resolution. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years Customer Success experience; 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts. - Proven track record of enterprise renewals and revenue retention. - Strong commercial acumen and expansion mindset. - Executive presence with confident, structured communication. - Ability to navigate complex buying committees, procurement, security, and legal processes. - Proactive ownership, risk‑management, and strong prioritization. - Data‑driven storytelling; fluency in usage and outcome analytics. - Experience with Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango and Salesforce CRM. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Gainsight Success Manager, Certified Customer Success Manager) are a plus but not mandatory.
