**Job Title** Vice President of Business Development **Role Summary** Lead and grow the North American account portfolio, building long‑term client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and translating customer brand objectives into customized visibility solutions. **Expectations** - Cultivate strategic partnerships and achieve targeted revenue growth. - Expand account value naturally through continuous upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Deliver high‑quality, win–win commercial proposals and maintain a robust pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage existing North American accounts, deepening long‑term relationships. - Prospect and develop new business in coordination with headquarters. - Serve as trusted advisor: understand brand goals and translate needs into solutions. - Translate customer requirements into tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms. - Collaborate with marketing, design, production, and logistics teams at headquarters. - Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecast data in CRM systems. - Monitor market trends, provide structured feedback and competitive intelligence. - Travel up to 50 % of time, ensuring consistent client engagement and follow‑up. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of B2B account management or consultative sales experience. - Experience in promotional products, branding, signage, POS, retail solutions or related industries preferred. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication at a marketing/brand level. - Proven negotiation and proposal development skills, focused on win–win outcomes. - Portfolio and pipeline management; proficiency with CRM systems. - Self‑directed, priority‑setting, deadline‑oriented; thrives independently yet collaborates across teams. - Creative problem‑solving, ability to propose innovative, customized product ideas. - Willingness to travel frequently (≥ 50 %). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (any discipline). - No mandatory certifications; professional sales or account‑management credentials are an advantage.
