Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant Intern (H/F) Role Summary: Assist the General Director in daily executive functions and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the executive office and hotel departments. Expectations: - Maintain confidentiality of all information. - Support strategic and operational tasks with increasing independence. - Participate in cross‑departmental projects and initiatives as delegated. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the General Director’s calendar (scheduling, prioritising, reminders). - Coordinate meetings: send invitations, prepare agendas, distribute materials, produce minutes. - Organise and archive confidential documents; keep administrative records current. - Draft and format correspondence, internal notes, presentations, and tracking tables. - Develop and refine standard operating procedures for all hotel services. - Monitor and coordinate cross‑functional dossiers; serve as liaison between the directorate and staff. - Aid in the preparation of performance reports, dashboards, and key‑indicator summaries. - Contribute to the optimisation of administrative processes. - Support ad‑hoc projects led by the General Director. Required Skills: - Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication (French). - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Ability to synthesise information and produce clear, structured documents. - Strong coordination and follow‑up skills. - High discretion and respect for confidentiality. - Proactive mindset and self‑driven autonomy. - Professional rapport building and interpersonal skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student of hospitality, tourism or management; enrolment in a recognised hospitality school preferred. - No specific certifications required.
