SEO and Digital Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end SEO and inbound digital marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, build brand authority, and improve online visibility for a fast‑growing identity verification platform.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead conversions.
- Maintain data‑driven optimization cycles across technical, on‑page, off‑page, and paid media channels.
- Communicate results and insights to cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct keyword research and create GEO‑optimized content across the funnel.
- Execute technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile, crawlability, Core Web Vitals) and implement fixes.
- Build and manage high‑quality backlink portfolio; audit link health and competitor profiles.
- Optimize local SEO assets (Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn; manage budgets and conversion tracking.
- Monitor performance with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog; generate dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure SEO best practices in site updates and UX improvements.
- Stay current on generative AI search trends and incorporate GEO tactics into strategy.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of SEO with proven growth results in competitive sectors (e.g., fintech, SaaS).
- Hands‑on technical SEO, page‑speed optimization, mobile UX, schema, basic HTML/CSS, Webflow.
- Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Content and keyword strategy across awareness to conversion.
- Link building, outreach, and backlink quality management.
- Local SEO experience (Google Business Profile, citations).
- Analytical mindset, KPI tracking, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain SEO concepts to non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
