Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Summary:
Drive end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives for a luxury e‑commerce brand, managing website and microsite maintenance, Shopify launch support, email marketing, analytics, and paid media campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and revenue.
- Produce high‑quality digital assets within tight timelines.
- Maintain clear communication across cross‑functional teams.
- Apply data‑driven insights to iterate on strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and update templated websites and microsites (Webflow/WordPress).
- Support Shopify e‑commerce launch, optimizing the customer journey.
- Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) including segmentation, automation, A/B testing.
- Set up, track, and report on GA4 analytics and digital performance dashboards.
- Analyze e‑commerce funnels (PDP → add to cart → checkout → conversion).
- Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads) and report ROI.
- Coordinate digital asset creation, proofreading, and data entry.
- Support UX improvements and on‑site optimization.
- Assist in design projects for signage, social media, and e‑newsletters.
Required Skills:
- Google Analytics 4 setup, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- E‑commerce analytics and funnel performance expertise.
- Email marketing proficiency (segmentation, automation, A/B testing).
- Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, and/or WordPress.
- Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads) and attribution modeling.
- Understanding of CASL and e‑commerce email regulations.
- Keyword research, SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Google Analytics certification (GA4 preferred).
- Experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused digital marketing environment.
