Digital Marketing Manager

From our roots on the west coast of Canada, Fleurs de Villes has created over 150 luxury floral experiences across 27 cities in 5 countries, collaborating with 1,200+ of the world’s top florists. We partner with iconic destinations and global luxury brands to bring flowers into public spaces—elevating place-making, storytelling, and joy.
Now, we’re entering our next growth chapter: expanding into e-commerce via a new Shopify portal launching this spring, and building deeper, more meaningful digital relationships with our audiences.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is equal parts creative, analytical, and hands-on—someone who loves luxury brands, understands retail and experience-led marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Role
Working closely with our Digital Content Designer, Communications Team and Product Development Manager, you’ll help execute and evolve our digital ecosystem—from websites and campaigns to analytics and email marketing—end to end.
This role has real growth potential and exposure to national and international marketing partners.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain Websites & microsites (templated) for our global flower shows
Support our Shopify e-commerce launch, optimizing the customer journey
Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns (Mailchimp & Klaviyo)
Develop advanced email segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
Set up, track, and report on GA4 analytics and digital performance
Analyze e-commerce funnels (PDP → add to cart → checkout → conversion)
Manage and report on paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads
Prepare digital analytics and campaign performance reports
Coordinate digital assets, proofreading, inbox monitoring, and data entry
Support UX improvements and on-site optimization
Assist in design projects from signage to social media, e-newsletters and more
Must-Have Skills & Experience
GA4 setup, tracking, reporting, and analysis
Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics & funnel performance
Email marketing expertise: segmentation, automation, testing, and optimization
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and Klaviyo (essential)
Experience with Shopify, Webflow and/or WordPress
Knowledge of paid digital media, Google Ads and campaign attribution
Solid understanding of CASL and e-commerce email regulations
Keyword research, SEO fundamentals, and content optimization
Confident working with data, dashboards, and insights—not just aesthetics
