**Job Title:** Marketing Officer – Lead Generation & Growth
**Role Summary:**
Mid‑level marketing professional tasked with building and scaling demand‑generation strategies across multiple regions. Leads multi‑channel lead‑gen programs, optimizes conversion funnels, manages paid media, and oversees HubSpot operations to drive qualified pipeline and support rapid product expansion.
**Expectations:**
- Design and execute always‑on lead‑generation campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
- Continuously test and refine channels, tactics, and messaging to maximize ROI.
- Maintain high data quality and alignment between marketing automation and sales CRM.
- Provide actionable performance analytics and regular reporting to inform strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate existing lead‑gen activities and implement scalable improvements.
- Create and manage multi‑channel programs (email, webinars, gated content, partnerships, digital ads).
- Launch and oversee paid campaigns (social, search, display) with agency partners, including brief, execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels; conduct A/B testing.
- Produce and distribute bi‑monthly newsletter; collaborate on content creation (emails, articles, social posts, case studies).
- Set up and maintain HubSpot (workflows, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting).
- Ensure CRM‑marketing alignment; supervise intern on CRM data maintenance.
- Track and analyze KPI, ROI, pipeline contribution; generate regular performance reports with insights.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends; recommend optimizations across the funnel.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven B2B demand‑generation experience (5+ years) with a track record of successful lead‑gen campaigns.
- HubSpot expertise (automation, workflows, segmentation, reporting) or equivalent marketing automation platform.
- Hands‑on management of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media).
- Strong analytical abilities: campaign tracking, attribution, funnel analysis, Excel/Power BI.
- Proficiency in email marketing, paid social, search, display, content syndication, and landing‑page builders.
- Project management skills: multitask, meet deadlines, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Growth mindset, data‑driven decision making, results orientation, problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) preferred but not mandatory.
