We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Mid-Level Marketing Officer – Lead Gen / Growth under a
permanent contract.
Summary
In a context of strong growth, EUDI Wallet integration and new product launch, we are looking for a mid-level marketing officer to structure, lead, and scale our demand generation strategy. This role is critical to
accelerate our growth by leading lead gen initiatives across all our geographies.
MISSIONS OF THE ROLE
Lead generation & growth strategy
Evaluate current lead gen marketing activities (events, media partnerships…) and build scalable
improvements
Design and execute multi-channel, always-on lead generation programs
Create lead nurturing journeys that turn awareness into engagement and drive qualified
opportunities
Experiment with new channels and tactics (email campaigns, gated content, webinars, partnerships,
digital ads) to identify what works best for our audience
Launch and manage paid campaigns (social ads, search, display) in collaboration with an agency –
from brief to execution, including tracking, optimisation and reporting
Optimise conversion funnels and landing pages for maximum performance
Test and iterate continuously to improve campaign effectiveness
Content & Campaign execution
Manage and coordinate our bi-monthly newsletter (content planning, distribution, A/B testing…)
Collaborate to the creation of marketing content (emails, articles, social posts, case studies,
campaign copy) with agencies and internal resources
Brief creative team on campaign asset requirements
Coordinate campaign launches across channels
HubSpot & Marketing operations
Set up and manage HubSpot for marketing use — including automation workflows, forms, landing
pages, lead scoring, segmentation and reporting with agency support
Optimise HubSpot configuration for maximum efficiency and lead quality
Manage marketing database quality, segmentation and hygiene
Set up campaign tracking and attribution models
Ensure seamless CRM-marketing alignment with sales team
Manage integrations and marketing tech stack
Supervise intern on CRM maintenance and lead uploads
Analytics & Performance optimisation
Track and analyse marketing performance (ROI, KPIs, pipeline contribution)
Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimisation
Identify opportunities for improvements across the funnel
Administrative support

Required Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or digital marketing
Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required or similar)
Demonstrable experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media
advertising)
Technical Skills
HubSpot expertise: workflows, automation, forms, landing pages, segmentation, reporting…
Analytics & data: campaign tracking, attribution models, funnel analysis
Digital marketing channels: email marketing, paid social, search ads, display advertising, content
syndication
Marketing tech stack: CRM integrations, marketing automation, tracking tools, landing page builders
Strong Excel/Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting
