Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Mid-level Account Manager drives operational efficiency and client success through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless project execution and clear communication to meet client and agency goals. **Expectations:** Proactively manage workflows, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes and fostering collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and report on Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, raising concerns promptly to directors or clients. - Coordinate internal resources to align creative and influencer teams with client deliverables. - Track project budgets, manage profit margins, and finalize projects with accurate Profit & Loss statements. - Oversee invoicing processes (incoming/outgoing) and follow up on payments. - Schedule/lead client and internal meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and status documents. - Develop project plans, scoping, staffing, and estimates in collaboration with senior directors. - Facilitate client communication on timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment. - Document agreements (reports, agendas) and drive decision-making between stakeholders. - Implement operational efficiencies while maintaining quality and exceeding client expectations. - Support internal agency marketing initiatives with equivalent client focus. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of client services experience in an agency. - Superior organizational and multi-tasking abilities under deadlines. - Expertise in technical writing for project contracts and SOWs. - Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Keynote for presentations. - Strong project management capabilities for cross-functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate client needs and updates. - Problem-solving to synthesize complex ideas into actionable plans. - Independent initiative to maintain project momentum with clear next steps. - Collaborative mindset to build solutions with stakeholders and teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
