Job Description
**Job Title:** Software Sales Consultant **Role Summary:** Drive acquisition of new recruitment agency clients and expand existing accounts for a SaaS ATS/CRM platform. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering product demos, consultative sales, and ongoing relationship management to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales targets for new business and account growth. - Maintain high client retention and satisfaction rates. - Operate independently with strong self‑motivation and organization. - Communicate confidently with recruitment professionals at all levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, pitch, and close new business with temporary and permanent recruitment agencies. - Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Conduct tailored product demonstrations and consultative workshops. - Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams. - Keep accurate sales activities and account information in the CRM system. **Required Skills:** - Proven SaaS software sales and/or account management experience. - Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations and workflows. - Consultative selling approach with a focus on solution‑based conversations. - Excellent verbal and written communication; relationship‑building proficiency. - Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working autonomously. - Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified SaaS Sales Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
