Job Description
**Job Title** Administrative & Financial Officer (Junior) **Role Summary** Provide administrative and financial support to the CFO and CEO, ensuring reliability of accounting, compliance, and operational processes within a communications agency. Serve as a key contributor to internal audits, tender support, and day‑to‑day project administration while developing finance and compliance expertise. **Expectations** - Graduate‑level education in management, accounting, economics or related field. - Proficiency in French (fluent) and English (professional written) required. - Strong organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. - Initial experience in finance or administration is welcomed but not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities** - Record accounting entries, invoice processing, and payment follow‑up. - Compile and format documents for external accountants. - Maintain legal and regulatory compliance: ISO 9001 documentation, audit preparations, and administrative follow‑up. - Assist EU tender processes by preparing ADM/FIN documents, financial tables, and certificates. - Manage supplier relationships, office operations, and provide day‑to‑day administrative support to project teams. - Coordinate with tender and project teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). - Accurate number handling and basic financial acumen. - Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management capabilities. - Effective written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proactive attitude, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Administration, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required; familiarity with ISO 9001 and financial reporting processes is a plus.
