We are looking for a junior Administrative & Financial Assistant ready to learn, grow and gradually take on broader responsibilities.
Your role
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO, you help ensure the administrative and financial reliability of the agency.
You are part of the backbone — discreet, precise, indispensable.
Your responsibilities
Administrative & financial support: accounting entries, invoicing, payment follow-up, preparation of documents for the external accountant.
Legal obligations & internal compliance: administrative follow-up, ISO 9001 documentation, audit preparation.
EU tenders support: administrative assistance (ADM/FIN documents, basic financial tables, certificates), in coordination with the tender team.
Project & office support: supplier follow-up, office management, day-to-day administrative support to project teams.
Profile
Recent degree (Bachelor or Master) in management, accounting, administration, economics or equivalent.
Strong organisational skills, comfortable with numbers and Excel.
Fluent French; professional English (written minimum).
Reliability, attention to detail, respect for procedures and willingness to learn are key.
First experience is welcome but not mandatory.
