**Job Title** Growth Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Leverage data-driven insights and creative execution to accelerate demand generation and revenue growth. Own the transformation of CRM assets, design and optimise lifecycle programs, and partner with Sales to convert high‑value opportunities into qualified pipeline and closed bookings. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable impact on revenue by unlocking new demand and maximising the lifetime value of existing and prospective customers. - Maintain compliance with GDPR, PECR, CAN‑SPAM and other consent regulations while improving audience engagement. - Scale high‑performing campaigns and initiatives, doubling down on tactics that move the needle and retiring ineffective programs. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **High‑Value Customer Identification & ABM** – Build a “unicorn” score combining propensity and LTV; run micro‑ABM plays for UHNW, corporate, and sports segments; coordinate outreach and content with Sales. 2. **CRM Hygiene & Audience Activation** – Audit Salesforce/Braze for opt‑outs, bounces, and data integrity; design opt‑in and preference‑center strategies; implement deliverability best practices and governance. 3. **Lifecycle & Messaging** – Plan, build, and optimise automated programs (opt‑in, reactivation, quote follow‑up) across email, WhatsApp, push; drive segmentation and personalization by persona, region, and lifecycle stage. 4. **Sales Partnership & Pipeline Acceleration** – Define MQL/SQL criteria, SLAs, and lead‑routing rules; run closed‑loop reporting and feedback cycles; align on market trends and revenue‑growth tactics. 5. **CRO & Web Experiments** – Test and iterate on landing pages, content offers, and conversion‑focused UI elements to improve acquisition metrics. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in growth, ABM, and lifecycle marketing. - Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Braze (or equivalent). - Expertise in multi‑channel automation (email, WhatsApp, push, web). - Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making. - Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, CAN‑SPAM, and email deliverability practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Experience with Salesforce and Braze platforms. - Awareness of data‑privacy regulations (GDPR/PECR/CAN‑SPAM) is essential.
