Victor, a leading private jet charter company, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our demand generation. Sitting within the Marketing team, you'll identify high-value opportunities, fix CRM and contractability challenges, and turn insight into imaginative, revenue‑generating campaigns that elevate Victor's market presence.

In this role, you will:

Identify and prioritise ‘unicorn' opportunities: Use data, insight and creativity to pinpoint the highest-potential members, then design targeted plays to win and grow them
Transform our CRM into a growth asset: Tackle issues around opted-out contacts, consent and data hygiene so that we can re-engage customers in a compliant, high-impact way
Build and optimise lifecycle journeys: Design and run automated, multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp and beyond) that nurture prospects and customers from first enquiry through to repeat, high-value bookings
Partner hand-in-hand with Sales: Collaborate daily with the Sales teams to align on target accounts, refine lead and account scoring, improve hand-offs, and ensure growth initiatives translate into qualified pipeline and closed revenue
Experiment, learn and scale what works: Continuously test new creative concepts, offers, channels and journeys - doubling down on what moves the needle and retiring what doesn't

Responsibilities

High‑Value Customer Identification & ABM - 20%

Build a Unicorn Score (propensity + LTV) using CRM and behavioural signals (e.g., aircraft type, route patterns, intent events, net worth proxies, company profile)
Run micro-ABM plays for priority segments (UHNW, corporates, sports teams), coordinating with Sales on personalised outreach and content
Spin up creative testbeds (e.g., bespoke landing pages, concierge offers, co-branded content with partners) and measure ROI

CRM Hygiene & Audience Activation - 20%

Audit Salesforce/Braze: bounce/opt-out analysis, field hygiene, consent provenance
Design and launch opt-in campaigns and preference-centre strategy aligned to GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM
Implement sender reputation and deliverability best practices (authentication, warm-up, sunsetting, cadence control)
Train Sales on compliant outreach and consent capture; define single source of truth and governance with Product/Dev

Lifecycle & Messaging (Braze / WhatsApp / Push) - 20%

Plan, build, and optimise automated lifecycle programmes: opt-in, reactivation, and quote follow-ups etc
Drive segmentation and personalisation using cohorts from Salesforce/Braze; tailor creative and copy by persona, region (UK/US/UAE), and lifecycle stage
Lead WhatsApp via Braze and content cards/notifications; partner with Content & Dev; iterate on engagement metrics and opt-in growth

Sales Partnership & Pipeline Acceleration - 15%

Define MQL/SQL quality criteria, SLAs, and lead-routing rules; run closed-loop reporting and feedback cycles with Sales
Coordinate closely with Sales to understand current market trends and align on tactical and strategic efforts to grow revenue
