•   Research partnerships with Medical Schools and universities - we deeply understand the health problems we are solving.

We’re building the defining natural health brand of the next decade — and now we need a Head of Marketing to own and scale our growth engine.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, brand building, and e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable acquisition and retention across all digital channels — with a particular focus on scaling our US market presence — while ensuring our Shopify storefront delivers a world-class experience.

Reporting directly to the CEO and joining our leadership team, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on. You’ll have the mandate to build the team, systems, and campaigns that fuel KURK’s next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a senior performance marketer who has grown into full-funnel leadership. Someone who can scale acquisition without losing discipline, build brand trust, and turn a working system into a repeatable growth machine.

Key Responsibilities1. Acquisition (Performance Marketing)

•   Own strategy and execution through our agency across Meta, Google, YouTube, Influencer, and PR amplification

•   Manage and optimise paid spend with a sharp eye on CAC, LTV, and payback periods

•   Build and execute the US growth playbook — this is the mission, not a side project

•   Test and scale new channels (affiliate, healthcare practitioner referrals, partnerships)

2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

•   Drive our agency performance for Klaviyo CRM: flows, campaigns, segmentation, churn reduction

•   Improve our subscription and loyalty programs to increase retention and LTV

•   Run personalised campaigns targeting 40+ wellness customers and new recovery/longevity segments

3. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

•   Lead A/B testing with our e-commerce team across landing pages, upsells, checkout flows, and subscription funnels

•   Ensure tracking and attribution are clean across Shopify, GA4, and paid platforms

•   Drive continuous improvements to conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate

4. E-Commerce & Tech Stack

•   Oversee management of our e-commerce for the Shopify Plus storefront

•   Integrate and optimise tools (subscriptions, attribution, review platforms, CRO tools)

•   Own reporting dashboards to provide real-time growth and performance insights

5. Brand, Narrative & Trust

•   Turn science, clinical trials, and founder story into clear, compelling messaging

•   Balance performance with brand — you understand both matter

•   Build authority in pain, inflammation, and longevity through PR and credibility-led acquisition

6. Leadership & Team Building

•   Build and manage a lean team (growth marketer, CRM exec, paid media buyers)

•   Collaborate with our science, creative, and operations teams to launch products and campaigns

•   Work directly with CEO to align marketing strategy with overall company growth

What Success Looks Like

•   Predictable, scalable growth engine across three markets

•   Proven US acquisition model working at scale

•   Strong CAC:LTV performance and improving marketing efficiency

•   Clear brand positioning that builds trust and reduces ad dependency

•   A marketing function that runs without founder bottlenecks

About YouYou Must Have

•   5–10 years in DTC / e-commerce marketing, ideally in wellness, supplements, or CPG

•   US market experience — you’ve managed US paid spend or led US expansion. Non-negotiable.

•   Deep, hands-on expertise in Shopify, paid media (Meta, Google), CRM (Klaviyo), CRO, and analytics

•   Proven record of scaling acquisition profitably with disciplined CAC:LTV

•   Strong analytical skills — fluent in attribution models, cohort analysis, and dashboards

•   Scale-up experience — you were at a company that grew 3x–20x. You were in the room.
