Job title: Head of Marketing
Role Summary: Lead all digital marketing functions—acquisition, retention, CRO, e‑commerce, and brand storytelling—to scale profitable growth, with a focus on the U.S. market and global expansion.
Expectations: Deliver a predictable, scalable acquisition engine; achieve optimized CAC:LTV; establish strong brand positioning; enable a marketing operation that functions independently of founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer, affiliate, and PR, driving US growth and scaling new channels.
- Optimize paid spend, monitor CAC, LTV, and payback; build a US growth playbook and roll it out.
- Manage CRM performance (Klaviyo): flows, segmentation, churn reduction, subscription and loyalty program enhancement.
- Lead A/B testing and CRO across landing pages, checkout, upsells, and subscription funnels; maintain clean tracking via Shopify, GA4, and paid platforms.
- Oversee Shopify Plus store operations, integrate and optimize e‑commerce tools, and maintain real‑time reporting dashboards.
- Translate scientific credibility into compelling brand messaging and build authority through PR and content.
- Recruit, build, and manage a lean growth team (paid media, CRM, CRO); collaborate with creative, science, and operations to launch products and campaigns.
- Align marketing strategy with company growth objectives in partnership with the CEO.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years experience in DTC/e‑commerce marketing, preferably in wellness, supplements, or consumer goods.
- Proven US market experience—led paid spend or expansion in the U.S. with scalable results.
- Deep expertise in Shopify, Meta/Google paid media, Klaviyo CRM, CRO tools, and attribution analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to scale acquisition profitably while maintaining disciplined CAC:LTV ratios.
- Advanced analytical proficiency (cohort analysis, attribution modeling, dashboard creation).
- Leadership experience in fast‑growth environments (3x–20x scaling).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
