Job Description

Job Title: Storekeeper Role Summary: Manage day‑to‑day warehouse and yard operations for offshore projects, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material availability, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Expectations: Deliver reliable material support in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment while maintaining safety and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials per project schedules and specifications. • Maintain precise inventory records in ERP systems, conduct regular stock counts, and update documentation. • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, preparing tools and consumables for offshore deployment. • Collaborate with QA/QC teams on material inspections and compliance checks. • Support project managers, technicians, and site teams by providing timely material assistance. • Ensure warehouse, yard, and laydown areas comply with safety, environmental, and operational procedures. Required Skills: • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Material Coordinator, or Stockkeeper in energy, marine, or maritime sectors. • Strong knowledge of inventory control and proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems. • Operator skills for forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material‑handling equipment (certified). • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities. • Safety‑first mindset with adherence to safety protocols. Required Education & Certifications: • Full GWO or BOSIET/FOET with CA‑EBS (issued within last 24 months). • GWO Working at Heights and GWO Manual Handling. • OEUK Offshore Medical or USCG Medical (CG‑719K). • Valid passport and Chester Step Test.
