Job Specifications

We are looking for a proactive Storekeeper / Material Coordinator / Stockkeeper to join our team supporting offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse and yard operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued according to project schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, including stock counts, traceability, and documentation updates.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare, package, and stage tools, components, and consumables for offshore deployment.
Support material inspections and work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Provide timely material support to project managers, technicians, and site teams.
Ensure warehouse, yard, and laydown areas comply with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Material Coordinator, Stockkeeper, or similar role—ideally within energy, marine, or maritime projects.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and ERP or warehouse management systems.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Strong communication skills with a safety-first mindset.

Required Certifications

Full GWO or BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS (issued within the last 24 months), plus GWO Working at Heights and GWO Manual Handling
OEUK Offshore Medical or USCG Medical (CG-719K)
Valid passport
