**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative DACH **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) process for Halyard products in the DACH market. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, delivering proactive, high‑quality service and driving operational efficiency. **Expectations** - Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and first‑time‑right service. - Meet or exceed defined KPIs for order accuracy, cycle time, and issue resolution. - Mentor and coach a small team of customer‑service colleagues. - Champion continuous improvement and project initiatives within the market. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the full OTD cycle: order receipt, documentation (export, packing lists), freight, and delivery. - Serve as primary contact for price, substitute, and return inquiries. - Maintain strong relationships with end customers, distributors, and 3rd‑party logistics partners. - Coordinate with Supply Chain, Pricing, Credit Control, and country commercial teams to resolve inquiries. - Facilitate internal projects such as new product launches, process changes, and technology integrations. - Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and onboarding for team members. - Provide regular updates to sales management and participate in market review meetings. - Ensure compliance with export controls, product safety, and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication in German, French, and English. - Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving and negotiation abilities. - Experience using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Team leadership, mentoring, and training skills. - Attention to detail and analytical mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within the medical supplies or healthcare logistics industry. - Certification in supply‑chain or customer‑service processes (e.g., CSCS, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
