Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Brand Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the premium brand portfolio (King Oscar, Genova) for Chicken of the Sea International, driving growth, profitability, and brand equity through strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and execution of marketing initiatives across all channels. **Expectations:** - Achieve volume and profit targets for the premium brands. - Translate brand vision into actionable, measurable marketing plans. - Lead and influence cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver on brand objectives. - Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and activate growth and expansion strategies for King Oscar and Genova. - Oversee day‑to‑day branding activities and ensure alignment with financial goals. - Monitor industry trends, evaluate initiatives, and adjust tactics to maintain competitive positioning. - Translate brand strategies into go‑to‑market plans, coordinating with marketing, sales, and e‑commerce. - Create and manage annual marketing plans and consumer communication initiatives. - Measure and analyze marketing performance; report insights to executives and cross‑functional teams. - Partner with Innovation to drive product pipeline development and implementation. - Collaborate with the global branded business unit to synchronize brand efforts. - Lead and manage agency partners, ensuring alignment and optimal outcomes. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years CPG brand/product management experience, preferably in food/seafood. - Proven track record managing premium brands and executing brand‑building campaigns. - Strong digital communication skills (social media, influencer marketing, partnerships). - Experience in innovation, new product development, market research, or brand repositioning. - Excellent organizational, planning, and project‑management abilities. - Leadership experience managing direct reports and external agencies. - Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Proactive mindset with ability to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks. - Working knowledge of Nielsen or IRI software preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA preferred.
