Job Description
Job Title: Dual Director of Sales Role Summary Lead and execute sales strategy for Comfort Suites Wooster and Wallhouse Hotel, driving revenue growth, managing teams, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring compliance with brand standards across both properties. Expectations - Meet or exceed revenue targets and sales goals set by senior management. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Provide timely, accurate reporting on sales activity and performance. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both hotels. - Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales teams; provide training and resources. - Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects. - Conduct hotel tours, site inspections, and client presentations. - Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and close sales agreements. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue data to identify opportunities. - Design and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. - Track sales performance metrics; prepare weekly and periodic reports for upper management. - Manage third‑party requests (hotel planners, RFPs). - Maintain detailed account files, sales tracking systems, and documentation. - Reinforce brand standards and hotel policies in all client interactions. Required Skills - Proven leadership and sales management experience in hospitality or related sector. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional negotiation and creative selling capabilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in revenue management concepts. - Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and persistent follow‑up ability. - Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. - Valid certifications in hospitality sales, revenue management, or related disciplines are preferred.
