**Job title:** Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead execution of global 360° consumer marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences and drive product awareness across key retail and cultural moments.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, on‑time global campaigns that align with brand strategy.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
- Demonstrate initiative and self‑direction in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conceptualize, plan, and develop 360° brand and product campaigns, including strategic briefs, go‑to‑market decks, and content roll‑out schedules.
- Execute major retail, storytelling, educational, and seasonal activation campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional contacts on campaign plans, providing updates and routing approvals.
- Facilitate development of global concepts and large‑scale activation ideas for key markets.
- Liaise with integrated teams (Social & Content, PR, Brand Marketing, Creative, Brand Partnerships) to meet campaign deadlines and brand standards.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for global partnerships in cultural verticals (art, design, fashion, travel).
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to design global brand experiences, creating concepts and toolkits for events.
- Research competitor campaigns, trend analysis, and generate consumer‑driven ideas.
- Support Senior Director in process improvement and workflow scaling for sampling and marketing programs.
- Develop event strategy for product education, retailer moments, and experiential touchpoints.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, or CPG on a global scale.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and proactive.
- Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate cross‑functionally.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or project management are a plus.
