POSITION SUMMARY
Rare Beauty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing to provide dedicated support to the Sr. Director of Consumer Marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving 360 campaign execution. This role will play a pivotal part in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across touchpoints, ensuring alignment and excellence in global consumer-facing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the global marketing team in concepting, planning, and developing 360 brand and product campaigns including strategic brief development, creating go-to-market decks, and content roll-out plans
Execute 360 campaigns – across major retail moments, brand storytelling, education, and seasonal activations
Collaborate with regional contacts on the development of campaign plans, providing consistent marketing updates, supporting the review of materials and routing items for approvals
Help facilitate the development of global concepts and big activation ideas, supporting the successful implementation in key regions
Work with integrated teams – including Social & Content, PR, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Brand Partnerships on driving campaign needs and liase cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are on time and meet global brand consistency
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution on global strategic partnerships across key cultural verticals (art/design, fashion, travel) to grow brand awareness
Partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to support development of global brand experiences, creating high-impact concepts and toolkits to successfully execute events in key markets
Research and stay up to date with competitor campaigns, provide thought-leadership with trend and consumer-driven new ideas
Aid in driving brand growth, ensuring Rare Beauty product and campaign messaging are represented across marketing touchpoints
Help Senior Director, Marketing in building processes and workflows to scale marketing programs efficiently across sampling
Develop event strategy, including product education, retailer moments, and experiential touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of Marketing experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders of all levels
Ambitious, self-starting individual who is self-motivated
Strong time management and problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks within changing and fast-paced environment
Must be able to work from Corporate Office comfortably
Experience working in beauty, luxury, or CPG industries on a global scale preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
