Job Description
Job title: Coordinator, International Sales Role Summary: Support the International Properties sales team by managing lead generation, prospect research, CRM data, and outreach campaigns. Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Sales Strategy, Marketing Solutions, and Revenue Operations to deliver client onboarding, sales presentations, and weekly reporting. Act as liaison between sales staff and other divisions, ensuring timely follow‑up and pipeline health. Expectations: - Deliver timely, high‑quality outreach and data management to achieve quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate Salesforce/CRM records and weekly client‑call preparation. - Exhibit strong organization, curiosity, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. - Demonstrate proactive industry monitoring and strategic prospecting. - Operate independently and collaboratively across time zones, adhering to ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive prospecting, company and industry research. - Manage and update Salesforce/CRM data; build and track outreach activity. - Draft sales outreach, develop tailored messaging, and schedule meetings. - Prepare pre‑meeting materials (brand briefs, agendas) and coordinate follow‑up actions with Marketing Solutions. - Assist with proposals, presentations, and special projects as directed. - Monitor trade news for leadership changes, acquisitions, product launches, and other relevant updates. - Identify potential clients and decision‑makers; craft sales hooks. - Support client onboarding: create master prospect lists, data requests, and weekly outreach schedules. - Generate weekly internal activity reports for the Property Sales Team. - Liaise with other divisions on account updates and cross‑functional initiatives. Required Skills: - 1–3 years in sports marketing and/or sales; strong understanding of sports sponsorship landscape. - Advanced organizational and project‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), basic Salesforce, and prospecting tools (SponsorUnited, ZoomInfo, PitchBook). - Tenacity, critical thinking, and creativity in process optimization. - Self‑starter with meticulous attention to detail; responsive and accessible. - Ability to work independently and across time zones; basic proficiency in multiple languages advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) mandatory. - Experience with Salesforce and prospecting software preferred.
