**Job Title:** Sales Operations & Client Coordinator (Internship) **Role Summary:** Support post-sales operations and client onboarding to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable workflows, identify revenue opportunities, and maintain premium service standards. **Expectations:** - Streamline post-sales communication and workflows. - Systematically identify and act on client up/cross-sell opportunities. - Automate repetitive tasks using AI and digital tools. - Reduce operational friction while preserving personalized client engagement. - Document processes to support team scalability and consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary post-sales contact for clients, ensuring timely, professional communication. - Coordinate client onboarding, project follow-up, and interdepartmental collaboration. - Design and automate workflows for seamless service delivery (CRM, tracking tools). - Proactively identify and escalate client needs/opportunities for expanded service adoption. - Implement AI/no-code tools to optimize tasks and improve efficiency. - Maintain client-facing templates, documentation, and best practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Cross-departmental coordination experience. - Problem-solving mindset with initiative and attention to detail. - Proficiency in automation, CRM tools, and basic workflow design. - Fluency in English and French. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing or holding a Bac +5 (final-year internship or recent graduate). - Background in business, operations, hospitality, or related disciplines.
