**Job Title:** Brand & Creative Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end brand strategy and creative direction for a digital‑first consumer brand. Drive growth and desirability among young parents and key influencers through a fully integrated, social‑first communication ecosystem.
**Expectations:**
- Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and partner daily with product, growth, and category management teams.
- Manage a mix of internal and external creative resources, including freelancers, in‑house interns, and agencies.
- Allocate and monitor the communications budget, ensuring measurable ROI on all brand‑related KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and evolve the brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Conceptualize and execute high‑impact digital activations (social campaigns, partnerships, influencer programs, PR, content marketing).
- Oversee creative production of all digital assets: photography, video, motion graphics, stories, newsletters, social ads, and site content.
- Develop and maintain the editorial calendar; lead community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the brand website.
- Measure and report on brand equity metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, sales) and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct quarterly tests of emerging formats, tools, and channels via a test‑and‑learn framework.
- Stay current on digital and creative trends (AI, UGC, new social formats) and integrate relevant innovations.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience (3‑5 years) in brand communication, digital content strategy, or creative leadership at a DNVB/D2C, agency, or high‑growth tech firm.
- Strong visual storytelling and artistic direction across photography, videography, motion, and design.
- Mastery of social media codes (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and digital advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and Canva; comfortable with analytics and CRM tools.
- Structured, data‑driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities; able to inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Cultural fit: passion for parenting or family‑centric products is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree +5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Preferable completion of a Master’s/Executive MBA or equivalent program from a top business or communication school (e.g., CELSA, Dauphine, Sup de Pub, IAE).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, creative production, or brand management are advantageous but not mandatory.
