**Job Title** FA France Territory Account Manager – Sensors & Safety (S&S) **Role Summary** Manage the full sales cycle for Sensors and Safety products across the Northeast France territory. Act as the primary liaison between partners, Datasensing/Datalogic, and end‑users to close existing projects and generate new business. Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing account plans, and driving market expansion. **Expectations** - Achieve territory sales quota for Sensors & Safety portfolio. - Grow and retain the customer base while establishing new partner relationships. - Maintain accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and contract administration. - Travel up to 50 % of the time for client visits and presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end‑to‑end sales of Sensors and Safety products after training. - Develop and execute account plans, including price exceptions and benefit packages. - Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical support coordination. - Identify Special Product Requests and collaborate with the technical team to prioritize solutions. - Contribute to sales strategy development and market analysis. - Manage CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reporting. **Required Skills** - Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication (French & English). - Goal‑oriented, organized team player with self‑motivation and proactive attitude. - Project management and data‑analysis capability. - Proficient with CRM systems; ability to translate sales data into actionable insights. - Business development mindset within automation, safety, or sensor sectors. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field. - Minimum 4 years experience selling Sensors and Safety products in industrial automation. - Fluency in French and English.
