Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Director – CHR France **Role Summary** Lead the strategic expansion and commercial performance of the company’s craft beer brands across all French CHR (Café, Hospitality, Restaurant) sectors. Develop and execute the French market strategy, manage a regional team of sector leaders, and drive sales volume, revenue, and KPI growth. **Expectations** - Minimum 10 years in beverage or FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a sales‑leadership role. - Proven ability to build and scale a high‑performance sales organization. - Strong B2B negotiation skills and experience managing key accounts and distribution partnerships. - Mobility within France and willingness to travel extensively for field sales. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement the French commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Set brand‑ and region‑specific sales targets, define priorities, and establish execution standards. - Monitor performance against volumes, KPIs, and on‑the‑ground execution through structured sales plans and dashboards. - Recruit, coach, and grow a team of ~15 sector heads, fostering a high‑impact culture. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, key clients, and large CHR accounts; lead B2B negotiations. - Represent the brands at trade shows, events, and key industry gatherings. - Establish reporting routines, performance reviews, and action plans to ensure continuous improvement. - Ensure commercial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations. - Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. **Required Skills** - Sales strategy development and conversion into actionable plans. - Team leadership and coaching with measurable results. - B2B sales and account management. - Negotiation and partnership development. - KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting. - Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Bac+3); Master’s preferred. - Valid driver’s license (Category B).
