The role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic qualification of leaders, with no responsibility for closing sales. **Expectations** - Operate autonomously with no provided leads. - Own end‑to‑end outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional networks. - Qualify executives, assess strategic needs, and determine fit for the mastermind program. - Schedule exploratory interviews with the facilitator; closing is handled by the facilitator. - Receive commission only after a member signs; no sales targets or performance caps. - Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the organization’s positioning. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify potential executive founders and senior leaders. 2. Initiate first outreach and conduct a qualified conversation. 3. Understand current leadership challenges and strategic needs. 4. Evaluate interest in a peer‑to‑peer strategic review environment. 5. Arrange and confirm exploratory interview appointments with the facilitator. 6. Maintain prospect pipeline, update CRM, and record all interactions. 7.
