Job Title: Vice President, Head of Technology
Role Summary: Lead the global technology strategy, systems, and data infrastructure to align IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient operations that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Expactations: Deliver measurable technology outcomes, maintain high availability and security standards, manage cross‑functional teams and vendors, provide executive‑level strategic counsel, and remain hands‑on in development and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead a global team of 8‑10 developers and infrastructure staff.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and contracts.
- Advise on technology investments, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive AI strategy to enhance revenue, efficiency, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee cloud platforms, networks, hardware, and software tools; enable device‑independent, VDI‑enabled environments.
- Establish cybersecurity policies, protect data, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Govern data integrity, access controls, and support analytics and BI.
- Implement IT support standards, documentation, and processes.
- Manage IT budget, control costs, and coordinate audits with CAO.
Required Skills:
- Global IT/technology leadership experience.
- Strong application development, cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.), cybersecurity, and modern business systems knowledge.
- Hands‑on development, database design, AI development, and change management.
- Experience with Netsuite, Microsoft Azure, 365, and related platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into cost‑effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
