**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Drive demand generation and pipeline creation for Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments through paid media, lifecycle, and ABM campaigns. Execute end‑to‑end program management, optimize performance using funnel data, and partner with Sales, BDRs, and product teams to align demand initiatives with account priorities and revenue goals. **Expactations:** - 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or fintech demand/growth marketing experience. - Proven track record of managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) and drip/lifecycle campaigns. - Hands‑on experience supporting ABM programs and cross‑channel integrations. - Strong analytical skills for reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and CX teams. - Passion for emerging tech (AI, LLMs) and ability to translate innovations into measurable outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media and nurture campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets. 2. Monitor funnel performance, intent signals, and engagement metrics; adjust tactics for maximum lift. 3. Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to ensure demand programs support account‑level priorities. 4. Execute ABM initiatives across LinkedIn and other demand channels; track and report on ABM effectiveness. 5. Build, launch, and arbitrate drip and lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads through opportunity stages. 6. Coordinate integrated, cross‑channel marketing campaigns, including third‑party media and sponsorships. 7. Own key marketing operations tasks: workflow creation, automation tests, chatbot integration, and performance tracking. 8. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall demand effectiveness and conversion rates. **Required Skills:** - Paid media strategy and execution (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting). - Marketing automation & CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Campaign reporting, attribution, and funnel analysis. - B2B SaaS/fintech market knowledge. - Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. - Strong communication and stakeholder management. - Familiarity with AI and LLMs applied to marketing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable platforms are a plus.
