Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for a data-driven HR analytics and finance SaaS platform, targeting mid-market and ETI clients. Drive growth by closing strategic deals, structuring market positioning, and collaborating with senior product and technology teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Focus on solving complex client challenges through data integration, analytics, and AI-driven insights. Expectations: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in mid-market/ETI enterprise targeting. Ability to handle complex sales cycles, engage C-suite and senior stakeholders, and sell value-based ROI. Demonstrated aptitude for autonomous, fast-paced environments with high-growth potential. Key Responsibilities: - Execute full sales cycles (discovery to closing) with clients requiring high-level executive engagement (HR, Finance, C-suite). - Develop tailored solutions addressing data integration, financial decision-making, and operational performance for HR and Finance. - Deliver value-focused sales messaging emphasizing ROI, risk mitigation, and operational impact. - Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to refine platform positioning, capture market feedback, and influence roadmap priorities. - Structure and scale sales methodologies, pricing strategies, and commercial standards to support rapid company expansion. - Expand account bases, execute upsell/cross-sell strategies with existing clients, and close strategic landmark accounts. Required Skills: - Expertise in B2B SaaS sales, with experience navigating complex decision-making processes in enterprise contexts. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience selling enterprise software to HR, Finance, and Operations leaders. - Analytical approach to sales strategy, with a focus on market insights and pricing optimization. - Fluency in English and French; ability to communicate professionally across cultures. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or data-related fields. - Preferred certifications: Sales methodology training (e.g., SPIN, MEDDPPE) or product management credentials relevant to HR/FinTech domains.
