Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager – Cybersecurity & AI
**Role Summary**
Build and scale a data‑driven lead generation engine for a next‑generation zero‑trust authentication platform. Design end‑to‑end multi‑channel demand generation strategies, own CRM automation, craft compelling technical content, and optimize acquisition funnels to deliver high‑quality B2B leads for enterprise AI, FinTech, and corporate segments.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth: CPL, CAC, ROI and MQL→Closed‑Won conversion.
- Own full funnel performance; adjust tactics weekly based on analytics.
- Align marketing output with sales qualification standards and handover.
- Serve as the bridge between product/technical teams and sales, translating deep‑tech value into market‑ready messaging.
- Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and launch multi‑channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic).
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles for AI services, corporate, FinTech, trade finance, asset‑based lending, and supply‑chain sectors.
- Own CRM and automation architecture (HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce): data enrichment, intent‑based segmentation via ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense.
- Create persuasive content: white papers, thought leadership, case studies, and content for paid channels.
- Track, report, and optimise full funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, Closed‑Won) using GA4, Looker, SEMrush.
- Maintain weekly marketing dashboards and provide KPI updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring, qualification criteria, and nurture workflows.
- Leverage AI and design tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, Figma) to accelerate content production and creative assets.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years B2B SaaS or cyber‑security demand generation experience.
- Proven track record building high‑quality leads in enterprise/regulated markets.
- Hands‑on expertise in CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills: GA4, Looker, SEMrush, data interpretation.
- Campaign management across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic.
- Content strategy: translate complex technical concepts into clear, conversion‑focused messaging.
- Ability to use intent‑data tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense).
- Knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper).
- Design tool proficiency (Canva, Figma).
- Commercial mindset: understanding of sales processes, lead handover, and quality metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Optional certifications: HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
