There are about 350 employees in Europe, but the heart of the company is in Deerlijk, Belgium. The Lamett range varies from budget friendly floors to very sophisticated parquet. Job title: Area Sales Representative – North England Role Summary Drive market penetration and sales growth for a leading flooring brand within the North England region. Balance new customer acquisition with strengthening existing dealer relationships, providing product expertise and commercial support. Expectations - Rapidly increase dealer and partner network and market share. - Transition from high‑volume hunting to sustainable relationship management as territory matures. - Deliver measurable sales performance against quarterly targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage and expand the North England territory covering major urban centers. - Conduct daily visits to partners, prospects, and customers to provide product advice, service, and commercial support. - Strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high‑quality on‑site support and follow‑up. - Update and maintain POS merchandising in partner stores. - Attend trade fairs, events, and partner visits to elevate brand visibility. - Collaborate with the international customer‑service team and report directly to the International Sales Manager. Required Skills - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within flooring or interior products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Self‑driven hunter mentality with a long‑term growth mindset. - Comfortable traveling frequently and working independently.
