Lamett, a leading European flooring brand with a rapidly growing footprint in the UK, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Area Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in North England. If you’re energetic, driven and passionate about building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you! 

About the role

As our Area Sales Representative for North England (Liverpool - Manchester - Sheffield - Leeds - York - Newcastle), you will take ownership of an established region with a loyal customer base. Your mission is twofold:

Hunting

Expand our dealer and partner network
Identify new business opportunities
Grow Lamett's brand visibility and market share in the region

Farming

Strengthen relationships with existing customers
Provide excellent on-site support, service and follow-up
Help customers grow their business with Lamett's product range
Merchandising and updating existing POS in partner stores

This balance will evolve as the region grows: starting with a strong sales push and gradually shifting into sustainable relationship management.

What you'll do

Manage and develop the North England territory 
Visit partners and prospects on a daily basis 
Provide product advice, service and commercial support 
Collaborate closely with our Belgium-based Customer Service team 
Report directly to the International Sales Manager, who will guide and support you 
Represent Lamett at trade fairs, events and partner visits

Who you are

An energetic, dynamic and self-driven sales professional 
Experience in B2B sales is essential 
Experience in the flooring industry or interior industry is a strong plus 
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
Comfortable working independently and travelling frequently within the region 
Hunter mentality with long-term growth mindset 
Based in the North England region (Manchester or Yorkshire area)
