Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Manager (Contract – 3 months, potential extension) **Role Summary:** Strategic marketing contractor responsible for building and transforming brand identity, digital presence, and sales‑enablement infrastructure to drive revenue growth across North America and global markets. Works directly with the CEO, VP Corporate Development (UK), and global sales teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver a differentiated brand positioning and messaging framework. - Launch a modern, conversion‑focused B2B website. - Equip sales teams with standardized, high‑impact collateral and trade‑show assets. - Establish measurable marketing KPIs, reporting dashboards, and a 6–12‑month roadmap aligned to sales pipeline. - Operate both strategically and hands‑on to execute deliverables within the initial 3‑month term, with extension based on impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and refine corporate and product‑line brand strategy; create scalable messaging templates. - Lead full website audit, redesign, content rewrite, and implementation of inbound lead generation tools. - Design and execute global trade‑show strategy: booth messaging, visuals, collateral, lead‑capture workflows, and post‑event follow‑up playbook. - Build marketing infrastructure: campaign framework, KPI tracking, dashboards, and integration with CRM/sales pipeline. - Produce a documented 6–12‑month strategic marketing roadmap. - Communicate progress and recommendations to C‑level stakeholders; collaborate with VP Corporate Development and global sales. **Required Skills:** - Proven success in brand transformation/repositioning (B2B). - Experience redesigning and launching B2B websites with emphasis on UX and conversion. - Ability to translate technical/complex product information into clear, compelling messaging. - Trade‑show marketing and sales‑enablement expertise. - Building marketing infrastructure: KPI definition, campaign execution, CRM alignment. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management. - Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution. - Preferred industry experience: industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical products. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required). - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics, PMP, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
