Job title: Account Executive Intern
Role Summary: 10‑week summer internship focused on supporting account leadership by coordinating project initiatives, conducting brand and competitive assessments, managing timelines, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration across creative, strategy, media, and production teams.
Expactations:
• Strong organization, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to agency tools and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, courteous conduct.
• Team‑player mindset, collaborative problem solving.
• Willingness to complete an individual project and attend two on‑site windows in St. Louis (kick‑off, closing).
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage project initiatives, including kick‑offs, timeline tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Conduct brand and competitive assessments, develop program plans and project briefs.
• Schedule meetings, prepare recaps, and ensure deliverables are on time.
• Collaborate with creative, retailer intelligence, strategy, media, and production teams.
• Assist in execution of program deliverables and support assigned team projects.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and web browsers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Basic leadership qualities (initiative, responsibility, teamwork).
Required Education & Certifications:
• Rising senior or graduate student in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communication, Journalism, or English.
• Availability: 40 hrs/week, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., June 1 – Aug 7, 2026.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
