Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end customer lifecycle management for a French Employer‑of‑Record (EOR) platform, ensuring seamless onboarding, continuous support, and successful off‑boarding while driving customer satisfaction and retention. **Expectations** - Deliver outstanding client service, maintaining high satisfaction and renewal rates. - Proactively identify upsell opportunities and areas for process improvement. - Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritising client needs and deadlines. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of client interactions and metrics in the CRM. **Key Responsibilities** - **Onboarding**: intake and qualify client requests, present tailored solutions, train users on internal tools, and ensure early engagement. - **Continuous Support**: monitor client health, respond promptly to HR/administrative queries, adapt communication style, collect feedback, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvements. - **Community Building**: facilitate user community interactions, share best‑practice knowledge, and nurture peer support. - **Renewal & Upsell**: analyze usage data, recommend relevant products or service upgrades, and drive renewal adoption. - **Off‑boarding**: coordinate project close‑out, explain final reports, collect exit surveys, and ensure smooth administrative wrap‑up. - **Data & Reporting**: maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and generate periodic performance reports. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in B2B/B2C client relationship management, ideally in HR or HR‑Tech. - Strong onboarding and off‑boarding expertise. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus). - Empathy, active listening, and a collaborative mindset. - Organizational ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. - Analytical mindset for data synthesis and process improvement. - Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to changing client needs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, HR‑specific certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
