Job Title: Senior Account Manager Role Summary Senior Strategic Account Manager responsible for leading key client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and delivering integrated marketing solutions. Manages project budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional execution to achieve client objectives and identify growth opportunities. Expectations - Provide exceptional client service and maintain high satisfaction. - Lead strategic account growth and pursue new business opportunities. - Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) or marketing credentials are a plus.
