Role Description

The Senior Strategic Account Manager is a full-time position based in Greater London with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will oversee and nurture key client accounts, developing strategic relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions and campaigns that meet client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating timelines, fostering collaboration between teams, ensuring the success of marketing strategies, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. Delivering excellent client service and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standard will be key priorities.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in account management, client relationship management, and strategic planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and delivering integrated marketing solutions
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
Experience in the advertising, marketing, or creative industries is highly beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
