The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing long‑term client relationships, ensuring partners get the absolute best from their measurement solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality insights, support new product adoption, and help clients optimise and elevate their brand advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships across an established portfolio of brands, agencies, and publishers
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Build strong partnerships through consultative, insight‑focused conversations
Prepare and deliver proposals aligned to client objectives
Support the end‑to‑end delivery of measurement projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Work closely with Research and Product teams to meet and exceed expectations
Represent the business at events, conferences, and industry networking sessions
Maintain accurate documentation, account plans, and pipeline updates
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
2-3 years' experience in account management, sales, media, AdTech, or market research
An understanding of advertising, media, or brand measurement
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A consultative, solutions‑driven mindset
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
Solid IT proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
