Job Description
**Job Title** Personal Injury Litigation Executive **Role Summary** Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL, PL) from pre‑litigation through trial. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles; liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties; conduct legal research and support trial preparation; ensure all deadlines and procedural requirements are met. **Expectations** Full‑time, 9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, on‑site in central Manchester. Requires reliable commuting to the office. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle day‑to‑day management of pre‑litigated and litigated personal injury cases. - Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents. - Prepare court bundles and assist with trial preparation. - Conduct legal research to support case strategy. - Liaise directly with clients, counsel, and third parties. - Maintain organized case files and ensure all procedural deadlines are met. **Required Skills** - Legal qualification (Solicitor, qualified lawyer, or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court processes. - Excellent drafting, research, and client communication abilities. - Proficiency with case‑management systems (Clio preferred; Proclaim/VF acceptable). - Proactive, highly organized, and detail‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications** - Legal qualification (e.g., QL, solicitor, or equivalent).
