Location: Manchester (On-site - address: Department Bonded Warehouse, 18 Lower Byrom St, Manchester M3 4AP)
Salary: £23,000.00 plus monthly bonus based on billing
About the Role / Law Firms

Swan Solicitors is a start-up law firm specialising in personal injury claims across all types of accidents, including RTA's, EL and PL claims.

We are currently looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join our small, but ambitious team. If you have a strong background in personal injury then we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury cases, including RTA, EL and PL matters
Drafting legal documents – from pleadings to witness statements
Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third parties
Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
Conducting legal research to support case strategy
Keeping everything organized and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

Legal qualification
Experience in personal injury is advantageous although not a must
Confident knowledge of civil procedure and court processes
Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills
Experience using case management systems is preferred (we use Clio but experience in Proclaim/VF is desirable)
Someone who’s proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Happy to work in a small but supportive team in the office

Summary

Job Type: Full-time 9am to 5pm
Work Location: In person
Dress code: Office attire
Expected hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch

Pay: £23,000.00 per year

Manchester M3 4AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
