**Job Title** Operations Performance Manager **Role Summary** Lead day‑to‑day operations, drive performance metrics, and implement process improvements to support business growth and high‑quality client delivery. **Expections** - Deliver reliable operational oversight for the Founder. - Quantify and report on key performance indicators. - Translate business needs into structured workflows. - Maintain professional standards across all external deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day‑to‑day activities of the business development team. - Facilitate weekly results meetings and performance reviews. - Monitor activity levels, KPIs, and campaign performance. - Audit team output prior to client delivery. - Implement, optimise, and maintain CRM (Salesforce) and reporting dashboards. - Analyse performance data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities. - Design and launch processes that enhance efficiency and consistency. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires. - Coach and provide performance feedback to team members. - Uphold a positive, accountable culture. - Liaise with clients to ensure service quality. - Provide operational support and problem‑solving assistance to the Founder. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in operations, performance management or team leadership. - Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data reporting tools. - Ability to translate business requirements into structured processes and systems. - Commercial awareness of business performance drivers. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive ownership mindset with sound judgement. - Comfortable working within a sales, business development or service‑based environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (preferred). - Any relevant operational or CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is an advantage.
