**Job Title** Senior Recruiter **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for sales, client success, and senior leadership roles, while supporting core HR functions. Drive talent acquisition with urgency, build strategic pipelines, and manage the full candidate experience across high‑growth, tech‑enabled healthcare environments. **Expectations** * 7+ years of senior recruiting experience, proven success hiring sales and client‑success professionals. * Demonstrated executive search capability (VP/C‑level). * Independent, self‑motivated, high‑energy, results‑oriented. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Ability to work across teams, handle onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement tasks. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own full‑cycle recruitment for sales, client success, and senior roles (70% of effort). * Identify, source, and headhunt top talent in healthcare, SaaS, tech sectors. * Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking. * Screen, interview, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding. * Conduct market intelligence on compensation and competitive landscape. 2. Support HR functions (30% of effort). * Lead onboarding and document compliance. * Handle HR administrative tasks, employee relations, and performance management support. * Contribute to workplace culture and engagement initiatives. **Required Skills** * Senior recruiting expertise (sales, client success, executive). * Headhunting and passive candidate sourcing. * Full‑cycle recruiting proficiency and strong assessment techniques. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management. * Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter essential). * Knowledge of employment laws and HR fundamentals. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). ---
