The Role

We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Dallas team and take ownership of our talent acquisition efforts. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position for a go-getter who thrives on execution and delivering measurable results. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting core HR functions, with a primary focus on identifying and closing exceptional talent in sales, client success, and senior leadership roles.

We need someone who is independently strong, operationally excellent, and doesn't need hand-holding – a performance-minded professional who brings energy and urgency to everything they do. You'll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

Recruitment (Primary Focus - 70%)

Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for sales professionals, Client Success Managers, and senior-level positions with minimal supervision
Proactively headhunt and poach top talent from target companies and competitors in the healthcare, SaaS, and technology sectors
Identify and map target organizations to build strategic talent pipelines
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates using creative recruiting strategies across multiple channels
Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly
Manage the full candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
Drive the hiring process forward with urgency while maintaining quality standards
Conduct market intelligence on compensation trends and competitive landscape

HR Functions (30%)

Lead employee onboarding and ensure seamless integration of new hires
Manage HR administrative tasks including documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to workplace culture
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Support performance management processes as needed
Handle employee relations matters and serve as a resource for team members

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience – seasoned senior professional with proven results
Demonstrated excellence in hiring sales professionals and Client Success Managers – this is non-negotiable
Must have experience successfully recruiting C-level and VP-level candidates – you understand the nuances of executive search
Strong experience in headhunting and recruiting from target companies – you know how to identify, approach, and close passive candidates from competitors
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills are a must – you excel at closing difficult hires and navigating complex offer negotiations
High-energy, go-getter mentality with an outcome and performance-driven mindset
Strong track record recruiting senior-level and specialized positions
Highly independent and self-sufficient – you take initiative and drive results without constant direction
Expert at sourcing passive candidates and building strong talent networks
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and close candidates effectively
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment practices
Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter essential)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Execution-focused and results-oriented – you measure success by outcomes, not activities

Preferred:

Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or healthcare companies
Background in healthcare services or revenue cycle management
Experience scaling teams in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with Texas employment laws and regulations
Established network in healthcare tech or related industries
