**Job Title** Commercial Key Accounts Manager (Man/Woman) – France **Role Summary** Drive sales and maintain relationships with large corporate customers for access control and security solutions. Identify prospects, negotiate contracts, coordinate pre‑project studies, and manage framework agreements to achieve revenue and margin targets. **Expectations** - Achieve assigned revenue and margin budgets for the national territory. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly reporting. - Represent the company in professional seminars, training, and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and grow existing key‑account portfolio; identify and qualify new prospects. - Build constructive relationships with decision‑makers while preserving current customer relations. - Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to ensure solution specifications meet client expectations and contract commitments. - Lead the qualification and preparation of pre‑project studies, evaluate success likelihood, and construct proposals aligned with decision‑making hierarchies. - Negotiate contract terms directly with clients and coordinate with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain framework agreements, prepare maintenance contracts per commercial proposals. - Promote cross‑selling opportunities for products and services that interest key accounts. - Participate in collection of unpaid invoices and monitor aging balances. - Work with marketing teams on updating commercial documentation, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. - Report monthly performance against budget; deliver other reporting as required. - Participate in training, seminars on vertical markets and product knowledge. **Required Skills** - 5–10 years of experience in key‑account management or business development, preferably within building services or technical products. - Proven track record in prospecting, client retention, and negotiation. - Experience responding to tenders and preparing proposals. - Proficiency with CRM systems (SAP). - Strong analytical and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. - Good command of English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree, business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree. - Relevant professional certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
