Job Description
**Job Title** Channel Account Manager – Emergency Care Home & Public (France) **Role Summary** Lead the French market performance of the Emergency Care Home & Public portfolio, managing partner relationships, driving sales targets, forecasting, and aligning regional strategy with global objectives. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed financial and qualitative KPIs for the portfolio. - Maintain consistent customer experience and satisfaction. - Operate fully remote with over 50 % travel to partners and key customers. **Key Responsibilities** - Set and monitor partner‑specific financial and qualitative performance targets (order intake, sales). - Direct commercial execution of the portfolio across France. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasts and demand plans in collaboration with partners. - Capture and relay customer voice to upstream product and service teams. - Build and sustain relationships with NGOs, KOLs, and trade associations. - Identify market trends and competitive actions; develop responsive strategies. - Structure and negotiate strategic deals, preparing business cases with financial justification. - Develop and implement localized business plans in conjunction with European headquarters. - Collaborate on the execution of the EU‑wide marketing plan. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years senior commercial experience, preferably in distributor or channel sales. - Proven track record of meeting KPI targets via partners or direct teams. - Expertise in defining, deploying, and measuring channel business plans. - Strong analytical skills for forecasting and demand planning. - Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation abilities (C‑suite level). - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment. - Self‑motivation and effectiveness in a remote team setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Commercial sales certifications (e.g., CPD, MACC) are advantageous but not mandatory.
